Always wasn't a big fan of a dental appointments, but this place is great. I first had cleaning appointment with Dr. Sue Yacovelli who was great! She took a great time to explain to me what is she doing and what are the causes of some issues. She really took good care of me. Yesterday, I visited Dr Richard Manuelian. It was great! I didn't feel anything, super quick, no pain, literally nothing.
He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what would be the best next move. He also cares about what you insurance cover. I had great experience and I recommend to visit him with no hesitation. Thanks, Dr. Richard.

I’ve been coming to their location on Steinway Street for years. Dr Manuelian had an excellent “bedside” manner and is so very pleasant. I highly recommend him. I haven’t used the other dentists there so I can’t speak to that. Dr Manuelian used to have his own location further down Steinway. Honestly I liked his other location better.

Worst receptionist! Dr Manuelian is an OK dentist but you'll have to deal with a rude receptionist who acts according to her own personal desires. And this is definitely not good. She's condescending, apathetic and rude with a fake smile. Why would ANYONE hire and keep such a person as part of their business? Especially when dealing with patients.
This makes me think that perhaps there's something questionable about the doctor's who keep her there. Especially when there are so many more capable people with the right personality who could replace her.

Used to be decent but horrible bedside manner nowadays. Unprofessional dentists. They deny insurance claims after promising there will be no issues and most importantly the place has gotten seriously run down and dirty.
