I’ve never been moved to write a review for a doctors office, but I had the best experience at Auburn Dental today that I had to share with others. Not only was I in and out in under 30 minutes, but Dr. Jackson and his assistant had me in literal stitches with their jokes and banter. The front desk assistant was equally kind and informative.

Best of all, they didn’t try to sell me on anything other than the service I scheduled, which can’t be said for other dentists I’ve visited. I immediately made a follow up appointment for myself and my husband as I left. Another first for me at a dentist office. Cannot recommend them enough!

I don’t even know where to start. I was referred to this location by Dr. Williams from Southside medical Center. My appointment was at 4:00pm 8/15/2024, when my appointment was scheduled the receptionist informed me as long as I have my referral that I wouldn’t be charged to be seen. Let’s start with the location of this office. It’s in the pits of hell! Surrounded by addicts everywhere. I thought I was in the tv show The Corner! Parking: Is non existing. When I tell you there’s no where to park I mean just that it’s horrible. Why do these businesses squeeze Their businesses in the smallest hole in the wall locations. On top of that the fear that your vehicle would be broken into.

As am driving to find a parking spot, am calling the office at the same time and no one is answering the phones. Once I enter the building I asked the lady at the front desk where do I park. She ask me my name and I confirmed the information. She came out side and pointed to an area where I could parked. As she’s showing me where to parked I stated that I have been calling the office and on one is answering the phones. She replies and said that the phones are on. She had me write down my tag number on the sign in sheet. Next, she handed me a few sheets of paper to read over and sign. I informed her that I had my referral letter from the other office. As am filling out the paperwork she comes back to tell me that I would be charged $199.

00 to be seen that day because Dr. Jackson didn’t sign the referral himself. Side note: Dr. Jackson is my doctor at the other location. I politely hands the young lady the clip board and ask for my referral back and left the office. I believe the lady didn’t answer the phone because it was the end of the day and didn’t want to accept another patient and wanted to go home. I also believe that Dr. Jackson told me that fee because it was the end of the day and he was ready to go home too! Not only was my time was wasted, my energy, and my gas were wasted as well. When I say am done with black own businesses and people I mean just that! Customer services is non existing with black people and they don’t consider other people’s time at all! Only time they want to put in some work is when they are planning for a trip! Atlanta black businesses are a joke! Red Flag #1 no where to park Red Flag #2 no one answered the phone at all even though a lady is sitting right at the desk.

Auburn Dental Care has been my place of choice for dental services for many years. In fact, Dr. Jackson has been my dentist since 1990; so that says it all!❤️ He is very knowledgeable about his field of study, dental procedures, and the proper care needed for healing. His conversations, wisdom shared, and friendliness makes my visit more relaxing and pleasurable. On top of that, his staff is friendly, polite, and very resourceful. I always have a great time with them when I visit.

I'm always greeted with a smile upon arrival. I have built a relationship with each of them over the years. Therefore, this is like my second family. ❤️ I highly recommend anyone to go to Auburn Dental Care. They are the best!😃 From Yolanda Canty (A satisfied customer)

Jackson employs the latest procedures using cutting-edge technology. His friendly staff is efficient and no one does teeth cleaning like his technician Marsha! I am happy to highly recommend Auburn Dental Care with 5 stars!
