This was my first visit to Aurora, and I am happy to have found them. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. Tori, my hygienist, was excellent and Dr. Dhomme was wonderful.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked a regular cleaning, which was supposed to be covered by my insurance, but they kept pushing for additional services. I repeatedly declined, but still ended up being charged over $400. They later claimed they needed to clean my tartar before performing the deep cleaning. When I came in for the deep cleaning at my second appointment.

I was told that the schedule was full, and even though I had already provided a full X-ray from another dental office, the doctor and nurse insisted I take another one. Despite two visits, I didn’t receive the cleaning I came for, only multiple inspection fees. To make matters worse, they initially told me that the X-ray and photos were covered by my insurance and I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. However, a month later, I received another bill asking for payment. I never got treatment for my teeth, despite having multiple issues.

My insurance was charged $700, and now I’m being asked to pay an additional $51 out of pocket. This has been an incredibly painful and frustrating experience. There’s no trust, no integrity—just a waste of my time, money, and no effective treatment. they can't perform any extraction and root canal I asked for, and their earning comes from X ray and exam fee which doctor just visually check your teeth to charge your exam fee. Please be cautious when you visit here
