I definitely recommend Aurora Dentrix. I had a treatment that lasted a year, and from day one, the entire staff treated me with great kindness. And it's a very clean and hygienic place. Now I'll only look at them for cleaning routines every six months. I'll miss the entire staff.

The customer service is impeccable from the front desk to the doctor. Erica was great with explaining the process and getting us situated as new patients. Dr. Karan was kind and patient with our 10 year old who was extremely nervous about his procedure. Their work was quick and efficient and we are very happy with the results! Such a beautiful and clean office! The front desk coordinator was very pleasant! The MA’s were gentle and explained everything to me in detail. The doctor was amazing! He checked in with me often to make sure I wasn’t experiencing pain. He was sympathetic toward me, and worked efficiently. I didn’t spend hours waiting as I have in other facilities.

Not only that, Dr. Gupana called me later this evening to check how I was doing since the root canal. I’ve never had a provider call me to see how I was doing! God bless you all!
