I had an awesome visit at Austell Cosmetic Dentistry today! I met with Dr. Hall who got my smile ALL THE WAY back together!! And the best part about it, he was able to do it the same day!! I had an emergency, his staff told me when I could come in, I showed up, and they all showed out!!! Not one person makes a company run, and this place shows love to their employees, and it shows. Everyone that I met who works there, has worked there for many years.

The staff were very friendly, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get restorative work done. You won’t be disappointed. And, (in my Terminator voice), I’ll be back!!

My appointment today was disappointing. Last year after exam, I was to pay 90 otter my pocket for fillings,I paid kim ten dollars to apply to my 90 dollar bill. Kim put my ten dollars in her pocket in front of me. I been tryin to get my teeth cleaned when I get my partial,I called last month checking on my teeth, I said to Kim the Dr say it'll take 2 weeks, kim say very nasty the Dr don't know about when teeth is going and coming in cause she does that job. Kim had me thinking I was getting my teeth cleaned today,after kim heard me say I was going back to old dentist when patients and I was taking. I know I was irritable I had just had chemo.

Kim have never showed me empathy,and when I was leaving kim said you going back to your old dentist I said yes. I felt I'm not supposed to be their. I love the Dr and his asst. ,kim attitude to me cause me to leave and I was planning to have mothers finest to cater the office lunch. 🙏

I was very hesitant about visiting the dentist due to cost and prior dentists experiences. Both the hygienist and the dentist had excellent bedside manner~making me feel at ease. I had the best dentist experience when it came ro numbing me and extractions. I highly recommend Austell Cosmetic Dentistry.

Everyone in this Dental office from the Front Desk to the Dentists, Dental Hygienist, Medical Biller were so friendly and very healthful, they had state of the art dental equipment for x-rays and modern day 3-D x-rays, it is a clean office, clean bathroom, my exam went so well. Dr. Hailey was great and so was Dr. Hall, lots of parking.

Good waiting area, so this visit was a very pleasant dental office visit. They provided me with what dental work that I needed done along with the dental payment plan print out. I went in for implants and it is one that fits my budget so it came out very nicely and I was happy! Thank you Austell Cosmetic Dentistry!
