Dr's Austin and Reed are very compassionate and knowledgeable. I find my experience with their office to always be a pleasure. I was worried when Dr. Wisner was retiring because I have had some of the worst experiences you could have with a dentist. I grew up with a dentist that worked on teeth with no Novocain. So when I was loosing a Dentist that I had found that did hurt me and was gentle and caring.

I was terribly worried and afraid. However since being with Dr. Austin 1st then Dr. Reed all my fears have been laid to reset. Love both the Dentist and the office staff is amazing.

I arrived on time for my appointment and did not have to way long and was taken in to the room by Lisa. My first time with her cleaning my teeth and she was gentle and did a great job. I will be going back when I am scheduled. The office is always very clean and I'm always greeted very warmly.

Our family has been going to Dr. Floyd most of our lives. She is the most kind and compassionate dentist you will find. Gail is an absolutely wonderful hygienist. Gregg is always on top of things.

Paule was wonderful when I had a filling recently too. Everyone there is wonderful, because that’s the kind of care they put into their practice. I am so impressed with the measures they’ve taken to keep their patients and everyone in the office safe during this pandemic. Their office has always been extraordinarily clean, and they have implemented many new measures on top of it that make sense. You can tell they really care, and it is appreciated! Highly recommended!

Dr. Floyd is a nice person but her billing manager (also her husband) is rude, demeaning, disrespectful and makes threats to clients that are unprofessional and unwarranted. She has had a huge loss n clients due to his actions alone. Because of him me and my family have found a new dentist. I understand it’s a business but for him to call and demand payment and tell my wife she needs to get her priorities straight is uncalled for.

We paid the copay as needed at the time of the service and had no idea the insurance didn’t cover the balance. After insurance paid it left $45 due and we was never notified until he call demanding payment. I told him I would pay it in 2 weeks when I came in for my cleaning along with my copay. He informed me my appointment is canceled until the $45 payment is made and they wouldn’t see anyone in the family. Well Trina, I paid the $45 with a card right then and now you have lost a family of 6 because of your husband.

I appreciate you for everything you have done for my family but this was unacceptable. I will gladly find a new dentist.
