Don't ever go here. My husband needed a tooth extraction the day after Thanksgiving. And the dentist was amazing said he would go in on his off day and remove the tooth for him. Just that he charged 250. 00 but then the price increased ANOTHER 100. 00 12 hours later. So 350. 00 which was fine bc he said to my husband once the office opened they would bill our insurance and whatever they paid if there was a refund we would be refunded. 9am comes, 350. 00 later and he didn't even get the ENTIRE tooth. Made sure to communicate with the office about billing the insurance, they clarified everything would be billed appropriately.

Then my husband yesterday got notice through our insurance that the overall cost was 130. 00 30 was paid to the dr and we owed 100. So 350. 00 minus 100 well if my math stands corrected is 250. 00 refund. Right. ?! So I call. Mind you, I've been scheduling, canceling, discussing insurance etc with the office. But when I call for the refund they're very "we can't talk to you, we have to talk to your husband" AFTER telling me they don't see where I paid 350. 00. Then today.

The dentist tells my husband that the 350 was just for him starting his car and driving in office. Then TRIED getting 100. 00 from us. What a freaking joke. Couldn't give us a "receipt" bc the office was closed. Don't tell patients who are suffering from major nerve pain that they will get their money back and then when it's time to refund pretend that was never said. Will NEVER refer someone to this dentist. Don't waste your money. They will find some way some how to screw you.
