Amazing customer service, the receptionist Tanisha is the best, very sunny disposition. Dentists are amazing and TIMELY, never had to wait and top notch work. Highly recommended. They pre check insurance and let you know what you have to pay before you show up. Other reviews stating they give gift cards for reviews...I did not get one nor was I asked to post a review

Beware of this place and always review what you’re getting done on your bill versus what they’ve done an estimate for through your insurance. First off they only have such high reviews because they were giving out Tim Hortons gift cards to give a good review last year. Also felt like they always wanted to max out my benefits and do unnecessary work. I had 90% coverage with my benefits and every time I left there seemed like I was always paying way too much out of pocket.

Never had so many cavities in my life with this dentist and they said my daughter needed 4 sealants on her teeth and they did an estimate for 4 with my insurance. After reviewing my bill noticed they charged for 7 sealants and only did an estimate for 4 and told me she needed 4. Turned out the other 3 they did without my knowledge on my daughter were not covered by insurance. Just keep an eye out for these type of shady business practices.

They did refund my money after I called it out for this visit and the previous one where I know I paid way too much money out of pocket but it seemed like they knew I had caught on and refunded me because they got caught. Not going back there because I don’t like the feeling of always having to wonder if I’m being ripped off and review my estimates and bills in detail to make sure. Not a good feeling! You should be able to trust your dentist and not feel like all they want to do is make money off you.
