I went here once for a small procedure when I was new in town. It wasn't a particularly good experience, as I recall. Now, **five years later**, they have sent me a bill for $170, claiming I didn't have dental insurance at the time of service.

Again, that was *five years ago*. This feels like a scam to me! I'm refusing to pay a random bill that was only just now issued to me five years after treatment.

Customer service is terrible. They changed my appointment time and front desk lied about calling many times to tell me and that they left voicemails. She called once before the appointment but never left a message. I show up and she tells me the zoc doc appointment one is just a request and not my actual time. Then was rude as I explained I never got an email or a voicemail with this new time.

I have had the pleasure of dental care at Avenue Smiles in downtown Seattle Washington. Yes, pleasure at a dentist office! You see, I was living for the past seven years in a country where dental care was not really available. I moved to Seattle recently, and renewing my mouth health was a priority. Fortunately I found Avenue Smiles! I have been 100% satisfied with the care I have received at Avenue Smiles. Let me tell you why. First, about their office: It is clean and comfortable. I was never kept waiting longer than a minute or two. Sarah, the receptionist and office manager is delightful, accommodating, efficient and professional.

Next, the dental professionals: Hong, the dentist hygienist gave me the best cleaning I have ever experienced. She is gentle, yet thorough. I never felt even the slightest discomfort. Mel, the dental assistant is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I am so grateful for the tips she has given me about my at-home dental care. She explains everything that is happening with my treatments in terms that I can understand. She has such a positive attitude that it’s contagious! It’s always fun to be around Mel. Dr.

Kim, the dentist, is also very upbeat and personable. He has a steady gentle touch. I can relax while he is working on my fillings and crowns because I have total confidence in him. So, in conclusion, I can say that because of my care at Avenue Smiles, my general health and well being has significantly improved. When I first came to Avenue Smiles, my teeth and gums were in an awful condition. Now, after several visits and following their treatment plan, I feel so much better. And I appreciate that wholeheartedly.

Had a great experience at Avenue Smiles - and like many, I don't like going to the dentist. Check-in is quick and efficient, and you don't wait more than a few minutes before being seen. Sarah at reception is very responsive and organized. Evan assisted with my fillings - he helped me feel relaxed and would constantly check in with me. Mel assisted with my cleaning - she is truly a gem! She was friendly, explained the process, and gave me a lot of insights into best dental hygiene practices. Dr.

Kim was gentle, quick and very skilled - he was able to maneuver without me opening my mouth too much. Everyone was constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable. Appointments are scheduled for an hour, but took less. It was as seamless and comfortable as it possibly could be. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!
