Avenue smiles is one the best dental offices I have been to. Their team are Professional, friendly, and provide top-quality care. Dr. Ava was amazing with my 6-year-old daughter! She was so gentle and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The filling was done perfectly, and my daughter felt comfortable the entire time. I always feel well taken care of. Today was my first visit to Avenue Smiles and it won't be my last. The experience started with Janet at Reception. A very warm and friendly person who immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I originally spoke with Janet in the Winter to book this appointment and she was simply fantastic. She listened to my concerns and understood why I was looking for a new dentist and was able to help me with no troubles. The facility is modern and inviting with amenities that cater to all ages and families. Brand new offices ! Amelia the dental assistant was terrific with the initial X-rays and scanning of my teeth. She also was warm and friendly and made the experience an easy one. I was even offered services one would only find in a spa.

. . I was impressed with the offerings, perhaps I will indulge next time :) Dr. Ava Naghavi was the cherry on top! She is a passionate and caring individual who clearly explained what was going on with all aspects of my smile, teeth, gums, and even my implant. Gentle hands and incredible attention to detail. Nobody likes surprises. . . .

I left my last dentist b/c of billing surprises and a less than inviting attitude at the front desk. Not at Avenue Smiles. . . I was given my costs for upcoming work before I left. I need a filling replaced and a bite guard, and I already know what the cost will be for both and what my plan covers. Lastly, I was also offered a complimentary teeth whitening session as a 'thank you' for being a new customer. Cool ! I was in good hands from the moment I arrived and you will be too :) Thank You Avenue Smiles Team :)
