I previously had rated Avon dental 5 stars a few years ago. With my most recent visit though I had called and setup an appointment to start doing regular cleanings as well as getting my problem teeth fixed. When I called and asked about if they would work with me on a dental plan they said yes, just had to come in and get updated x-rays and my teeth cleaned. I had mentioned on the call I had two teeth in particale that I wanted to get fixed right away as it impacted my smile.
When I went in for my appointment they told me they would not work on any of my other teeth until I had a root canal and crown done on one of my other molar teeth. The tooth isn't bugging me at all and I wanted to get my smile back to what is was but unless I spend 2k for the root canal and then another 1k for the crown, they said they would not help me with any of my other teeth until that was fixed. I wouldnt say this is a company thats willing to work with you. Felt pushed aside and that all that mattered was the money.
It's unfortunate. I use to really like this company. Not sure what changed

I had my first experience with Kate this morning for my semi-annual cleaning. She very knowledgeable and super friendly. Gave me a lot of good advise and tips for better dental hygiene.
