I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Axial dental. I first visited last year and was recommended multiple procedures, but the office never followed up. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They do not provide clear answers, and when I called to ask about my pending follow-ups and insurance issues, I was met with dismissiveness rather than assistance. I have also requested multiple times to speak with the owner, but the front office never passes on my information, and I have never received a call back.

I gave this office another chance last month, only to receive another set of recommendations—again with no follow-up. It is frustrating to feel like my dental care is being treated as an afterthought. I expect a dental office to take responsibility for patient care, communicate properly, and ensure follow-through, but that has not been my experience here.

For someone who is never a fan of going to the dentist, I had a great experience. Noelle the dental hygenist gave me a great teeth cleaning. She was very kind, personable, and gentle. Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner and can tell that he really cares about his patients. I'm already looking forward to my next visit :)

What an amazing experience from the receptionist (WHO WAS AMAZING) to the doctor and everyone in between. Any dentistry experience can be a daunting one however, the professionalism, and care I experienced with Dr. Patel was amazing! His plan of care was sincere, exact factoring all of the whys and is exactly what's needed. I love his admiration for his job and direction of care for me. The dental assistant was kind, considerate and through.

My hygienist was amazing and I enjoyed my teeth cleaning. I love there early morning appointments. The office space was clean as well as the bathrooms. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
