I used to go to this Dentist for about 7 years. Presswala was always kind of rough when examining my mouth. But this last time I was there, it was bad. This man seemed in a rush, and stressed out, he was very rough , rougher than usual and telling me I wasn't moving my head the way he needed it to be moved, even though I did everything he told me to do. It wasn't good enough for him.

Very unprofessional, extremely rough and rude. I ended up ending the appointment and he never once apologized and they never called me back asking if I was okay and if I would even come back. I will never forget this appointment and I will definitely never recommend this dentist.

Terrible service. I was getting my wisdom teeth removed a while back and my right side didn’t numb fully and he was cutting into my mouth and I felt it. I was told to raise my hand if it hurt and I did but he didn’t stop. I said trying to not cut my mouth “stop” but he didn’t so I had to push his hand out of my mouth. Not safe to do because it could have cut me badly. He got upset that I did after I said it’s not numbed.

He also was very very rude to my mother. He is very disrespectful and rude. And so is the front desk women she also is rude and gaslights you. Don’t recommend going. I’m 15 and this was the worst experience and it continues to get worse.

BEWARE – DO NOT GO HERE! Azim Presswala is rude, inconsiderate, and completely unfit to do his job. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Department of Safety and Professional Services. Highly encourage others to do so as well. I have an infection in my mouth that continues to swell and worsen. He dismissed it as a sinus issue without properly examining me. Thankfully, my PCP prescribed antibiotics, but now I’m forced to find a new dentist because he refuses to even see me again.

He stated that "He already made a diagnosis and I can go somewhere else to get a second opinion. In fact, I could go to Marquette where he went to school for his degree and see what they have to say. " The actual audacity. To a patient. In pain. Asking for help.

What kind of doctor does that? A different doctor has confirmed it is a abscess. Not only did Azim Presswala fail to properly diagnose me or inspect my gums, but he also mocked my pain and was shockingly rude during the mere five minutes he did actually spend with me. His behavior is disgraceful, and no one should have to endure such negligence. Stay away at all costs. Doctors like this should not be allowed to practice.

Do not go here. My daughter went in for wisdom teeth removal. The desk staff was super friendly. The Dr came back and he doesn’t have a great bedside manner, which I can typically handle if you’re a good practitioner. They started the nitrous oxide and numbed her up, and soon they came to get me because she was screaming. She said she was in horrible pain. They had taken one out, no issues, but on the other side of the mouth had pain. He left for a few minutes so I could calm her down. When he came back, he attempted to numb her more and without waiting went back into attempting to pull it as she screamed.

He kept telling me there was no way she could feel it, it was just pressure. we stopped the procedure and he recommended an oral surgeon instead. All of this could happen anywhere…. . but what happened next was disappointing. We asked the assistant if the tooth was secure or at risk of falling out…. He told the dental assistant he didn’t know because she was screaming. Didn’t come back to check on it or look. I called an oral surgeon immediately after leaving and they asked if repeat X-rays had been done after the procedure, and recommended I return for him to do the X-rays.

I wasn’t taking her back there. I called to tell them Id be filing a formal complaint and ask to be refunded for the gas, which they declined. The office manager called me back and insinuated that I only threatened to write a review because they declined to offer the refund. if that was the case, I certainly wouldn’t have immediately taken her to another dentist emergently to have a new set of X-rays taken that I will be paying out of pocket for. I am disgusted that rather than apologize for the failed follow though, that the office manager decided to instead argue with me instead. I wish I had read the reviews before going there.
