I'm a new patient at Badger Hills and I was very pleased! I was greeted warmly by everyone. My hygienist Hailee was friendly, very thorough and did her job well, while focused on my comfort. My brief visit with Dr. Teegarden was very pleasant. She made recommendations but did not push me toward them. I've already scheduled my next appointment!

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this dental office. I got off work because they texted me stating they had a cancelation and were looking for someone to clean. They promised me a cleaning, a coffee card, and free whitening trays for coming in to fill their opening, none of which they actually gifted me for accommodating their schedule. My appointment began 5 minutes late at 3:35 which wasn’t a big issue initially. However, the experience quickly went downhill. The front desk requested my old records from CareView so while the front staff called the other dental office, the technician proceeded to begin with a full set of new x-rays on me, 3D scans, and a head scan—this was great, they worked simultaneously, and my records request in no way delayed the care. But the tech took forever! The scans took over an hour and 10 minutes, which seemed excessive.

Do we really need all of this to do a cleaning? The front desk received my records while I was still undergoing scans and told the tech, Careview had nothing they needed. By the time the tech was done doing all these scans, I was informed that they wouldn’t be doing my cleaning—the very reason I scheduled the appointment in the first place. It was 4:40pm It felt like they took a long time on unnecessary scans, and simply didn’t want to stay past 5 PM to complete the cleaning. Couldn't they had just done the annual X-ray and cleaning and the others later? No communication on what was necessary. I asked how long it does it take to do cleanings, and they said 1 hour. Then why was my appointment 1. 5 hours? The tech then blamed me for not having the cleaning.

Stating it because our exam started 5 minutes late, and they had to get other records (There was no delay, so I felt as if it was a personal attack). They then expected me to just come back at another time frankly, despite I had already got off work for this appointment, I didn’t feel that my time was respected. So, thank you for the scans—but this visit was a waste of time. If you can’t provide the services you schedule, don’t make the appointment. Customer service tip: if you schedule, finish the job.

People are very nice but the entire staff has been replaced since I've been going here. I had been returning just to have my teeth cleaned by the best hygienist everrr, she's gone now too. That office should be letting patients know when there's been a change to providers. The new hygienist used a water pick instead of the normal metal hand tools.

That sprayed tooth junk water all over my face and clothes, very gross, wasn't as thorough as my previous favorite hygienist and got fluoride all over my lips so I had to return to work with sticky white stuff on my lips that was stuck on for hours. She was very kind though.

If you need just basic dental cleaning they do ok. Yet, they will try to tell you that existing fillings need to be replaced even if they are not bothering you at all. This was done with me personally and my daughter. Also, marketed for Invisalign but did not specify they don't have a adolescent Dentist staffed.

We previously had the consult 05/28/25 and when we came back 06/18/25 expecting the treatment plan and trays we were told "sorry, we can't do it" and there was no courtesy call other than the news coming on the appointment day. Turnover at this office is extremely high said to be because of poor leadership. Be cautious as you won't be able to build long-lasting relationships with this office.
