I flew to Seattle for my mother's memorial service. As luck wouldn't have it, my new front crown fell off at the airport! I immediately texted my family to find an emergency appointment to fix it. Apparently most dentists are not open on Fridays, so I would have to find a temporary solution. Dr.

Thompson texted my sister that he would be in the office anyway on Friday and could see me. He fixed it with NO CHARGE!! Whenever I move back to the PNW, he will be my dentist. He is my new HERO!

Unless Dr. Thompson has been going through something that I’m not aware of yet (I haven’t seen him since before the pandemic), I’m not sure why his reviews are so mediocre. He and his staff have always been kind, efficient, and I like Dr. Thompson’s sense of humor. He’s a car guy. He likes to work on things and fix them. That is his profession and his passion.

After 3 years of seeing Dr. Thompson I had an experience that was so off putting I can’t go back or recommend anyone does. This office was adequate for regular cleanings, but as soon as other work was needed the culture of the office became clear. Dr. Thompson had very poor communication skills regarding my dental heath and needs.

I like to understand my health and the work the doctor is doing. Dr. Thompson was very aggressive, defensive, dismissive, and sarcastic in his responses to my questions. I had a simple problem with, what should have been, a simple explanation and solution. I will not go back or send my children again and you shouldn’t either!

I just hit the website to pick up the office email. I was flabbergasted that there would be a negative review. Dr. Thompson is absolutely the finest dental technician I have ever engaged. I grew up when sugar was king (very bad for teeth) and have been in the dentist chair more than most. Dr. Thompson and staff have ALWAYS been super professional and loyal.

He knows what he is doing. Trustworthy with a capital "T". His staff does not leave. Ever. I would stand up and take arrows for this man.
