Reasonable practice, same service that I am accustom to. After several cleanings an issue was found, the start of a cavity under a crown. I was given a quote (rather high) and was given the impression that per their experience the insurance would cover 50%. I called my insurance to verify what would be covered. The dentist was charging 2x what the insurance allotted and the insurance would cover 50% of what they allot not 50% of what the dentist charges.

That would have left me with 75% of the bill or over $900 that would be my responsibility. I guess it was a good deal for someone, just not me. Found a dentist in network, same great service, better pricing.

Having phoned 5 dentists in Aiken ( all of whom said they'd call back and didn't ) Baker dentistry , not only called back but gave me an immediate appointment for an emergency. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The office is immaculate. Whoever wrote a scathing review must have seen a different Baker Dentistry.

They have worked with me financially ( as I have no insurance ). Kudos to all involved in this office. I highly recommend them.
