It truly is sad that I am giving the office staff 0 stars. When I set the appointment I gave the office staff my dental insurance, and my understanding the office staff would call and pre-approved my cleaning payment. The woman that I handed my insurance card didn't even know how to read it. She said it was was for eye care. She looked at the card as if I was trying to pull a fast one. Then after 15 mins they called me back to the desk. Again I felt that they didn't believe my dental insurance was valid. Then they seems to make up a charge of 100.

00. Then Angle told me that it would be best that I just not come back. By far, the worst I have ever been treated in a Doctors office. Seems they only take medicare cuz the billing is so much easier. Someone needs to do their job. God bless you 🙏 God is teaching me patience.
