The worst services I ever got I don’t recommend them to anyone the lady that was suppose to look for another solution was rude and unprofessional the doctor spastically told me he gonna to try to find someone that can do my procedure then 5-10 minutes go by she comes out to tell me there nothing they can do and I ask her why would the doctor tell me they gonna referral me to someone and she replied the doctor don’t even know and I was telling her why Is the doctor giving out false information she couldn’t even answer my question and then she said she will ask but not right now while the doctor was with a patient then I told her illl wait then she gonna say I’m not telling him so illl he waiting around until they close and her professionalism’s was offf basically saying she not gonna tell him then runs to the back and says I’m not dealing w this she was very rude and unprofessional!!!!! Then the owner came down and explained to me and gave me a refund witch was valid and I thank him as welll then he tells me he gonnnna give me a referral once my appointment but they don’t do appointments and they won’t even be open to calll them bc the ppl that will be doing my procedure will be opening at 4 am in the morning and dental group won’t even be open and he refused to give me the referral by email 10/10 horrible services allll the way around the board and just to clarify they only spent 5 to 10 minutes with me wasn’t worth 175 dollars !!!!!!!!!!! Or a thorough evaluation!!!!!!

I am writing this review because I am very disappointed in the verbal response and overall treatment from Diane, the Office Manager who hung up on me when I requested the email of the owner of the practice as my daughter was in excruciating pain and was denied services because of a “third” missed appointment due to her Lupus condition. My daughter was not fully aware of her condition and all of its effects when she filled out the health questionnaire during her initial visit. I emailed who I thought was Diane’s superior, however I have not heard from anyone in regards to my daughter’s situation especially when it is the same tooth that was supposedly removed on a previous visit.

I am very disappointed because other than Diane I thought that my family and I had found a dental office that was family friendly and easily accessible. I wonder who reads the reviews? It will probably go in the same file as my email. Smh!

I had a great experience at BCDG! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain my treatment options and answered all my questions with patience. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized.

I truly felt cared for and respected. Highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service!

I had a horrible dental experience in the past, which left me with a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist—but Baltimore City Dental Group was such a relief. The team is kind, thorough, and genuinely caring, especially Vladimir and the girls at the front desk. The dentists didn’t just rely on quickly looking at my x-ray; they actually examined my teeth and made an assessment.

They have good bedside manner and explained things clearly. I was nervous going in for two fillings, but they made the process smooth and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The drill made a strange noise, (I wouldn’t know the difference of what it’s supposed to sound like) and the dentist even apologized and said the drill was on its last days—which was nice that he thought to explain that to me.

One note, make sure to confirm your appointment within 48 hours when they call, or it may be canceled to keep their schedule running smoothly. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’ve had tough dental experiences before!
