Dr. Romay and her staff were a life saver for us. My child lost a front tooth and our "regular" dentist was unable to attach their own crown after an implant. They refunded my money and asked me to to take my son elsewhere. We stumbled upon Baltimore Dental Co. by accident. The staff was warm and welcoming to us. They didn't take our dental "insurance" but I felt so good about them, we made an appointment.

Dr. Romay was awesome with my son. She made him feel so at ease. She even had the crown shaded like the other teeth, hence the cosmetic dentristy side of the practice. The crown was placed in position, no problem. Finally a dentist who knows what they are doing. I highly recommend!

I have been coming here for 3-4 years now and I love everyone here. Dr. Romay is amazing, the hygienists are amazing, the front desk girls are amazing!!! However I did come here to specifically brag about Dr. cross, a newer Dr in the building I believe. I took my daughter here yesterday for a filling, she is only 8. She’s had a filling before so of course shes aware of the process and was reasonably nervous/upset…when I say Dr. cross went above and beyond what a normal Dr does to make my daughter feel seen/heard/comfortable…i am not exaggerating.

it really touched me. She played and sang my daughter’s favorite song while being numbed, went over the whole process from beginning to end multiple times, and even showed her how the filling material hardens under light. My daughter isn’t scared to come to the dentist anymore and absolute loves Dr. cross. Not only does Dr. romay run a beautiful office but she clearly hires with thought and intention.
