I had to bring my daughter here for a Root Canal procedure she is ten. Our experience was great from the beginning to the end. The Dentist that referred me to take my daughter here sent over all the information needed to set up the appointment. Once this office received her records they sent me an email as well as a text message letting me know to call the office and set up an appointment. They already had the procedure approved through insurance and made us an appointment with a week of me calling them which was very quick. Once the appointment came it was not hard to find the location. Parking was a breeze with plenty of spaces. Directions were very clear on how to get to the office since it is in a space with multiple offices.

Once we made it inside the office the receptionist was very friendly and professional. We were checked in, in a timely manner. The paperwork was not long to fill out and they were on iPads, which for me was very accessible. We did not wait in the waiting room long and it was not crowded which I appreciated. Everything that was being done was explained before hand. Communication was open. My daughter had the pleasure of Julia Nguyen, DDS,MS do her root canal and she did an amazing job. She talked my daughter through everything.

She made her feel very comfortable. She was professional and the staff was great overall. This was the first time my daughter has had anything like this done her her teeth. She is used to her regular cleanings. However, it is the next day and she feels no pain at all. And she has no complaints. We had a beautiful experience and I want to show gratitude. Thank you for all you do!

I had a rood canal treatment with Dr. Julia C. Nguyen and there are no words to compliment her enough! All of the staff actually is very kind and welcoming, they contact you before the treatment with the needed details, estimate payments and everything. The clinic was very clean and with contemporary equipments.

The thing that I liked the most was that Dr. Julia personally called back to check on me.

We had to travel 60 miles because they were the only ones in network that would do a root canal on a minor, my 14 year old son. Well worth it! The building and office was very nice and clean and the staff was AMAZING; they were so nice and polite and communicated every step clearly. Would definitely recommend and definitely return, again the staff was amazing!
