All of the staff that we've interacted with are abundantly friendly, accommodating, competent and ready to serve. The atmosphere of the whole practice does not come about by chance. Dr. Basil takes the lead in being gracious and patient in listening and sharing advice.

He is highly skilled and progressive in his field and is exceptionally generous. The lead that he takes radiates through the whole practice. Many thanks to Dr. Basil and his staff.

Daughter had Phase 1 of her braces done here and some point in the future she will be ready for Phase 2. Everyone here is very nice and Dr. Basil always is helpful in getting their teeth looking their best.

Basil Orthodontics exceeded ALL my expectations. I might say don't bother looking elsewhere. I tried at least four orthodontists, and I'm so glad I found Basil Ortho. I've had a very long and difficult dental journey.

Some of the other offices presented absolutely ridiculous treatment plans!(Including surgery to break my palate) But Basil Orthodontics made it as easy and pain free as it could've been, not even pulling one tooth. Plus, he did his work in record time. The staff behind the desk is courteous and will work with you on scheduling and payment matters. All in the office are very friendly, kind, and professional.

Dr Basil could even remember past patients by name from years ago off the top of his head! He is patient and does not get insulted by your questions, and he has not let his high level of skill go to his head in the arrogance that seems to come with many professionals. Dr Basil is very personable and willing to take as much time as is needed for his patients to feel completely comfortable with the treatment. Very friendly and generous. Great staff. They treat her like a princess and she knows exactly to do. Our daughter only 8 years d and doing so well with having braces so early in life. Dr Basil is the absolute best and the staff is over the top fabulous
