Dr Bassari is awesome, I saw him as a child and recently came back. After reading these reviews I’m pretty sure none of you get his humor or can accept his attitude. I love this man, sure conversations are short but he does care. The man’s a busy guy. 1 wisdom tooth and multiple fillings. I am going back for more.

Several months ago, I went in to have a filling or 2 done after getting a checkup there for my first visit at this practice. I have documented dental anxiety due to resistance to anesthesia (novacaine and numbing agents included) and said something during both visits before allowing them to start work either time. After the first tooth was done, he started drilling on another tooth (no numbing medicine was administered for these fillings, as they were shallow) and I flinched due to surprise and already being high strung.

The dentist got upset with me, which caused a full on panic attack and I told them we were done and to stop and when they were mostly put away, I just left without stopping by the check out desk, as I had already scheduled a new appointment for today (another check up). When I called a few minutes ago to confirm the appointment, they let me know I had my appointment cancelled by the office. They tried to blame me for "just walking out," which frankly I don't think is enough reason to cancel anyway.

I'm not gonna argue with them because after how they treated me, i couldn't be paid to go there. Also, I mentioned that the tooth they had just finished was not feeling right, and they, in not so many words, said that it was fine and inferred I didn't know my own teeth :) If you're into tomfoolery such as I've described, this is the place for you! 👉🏻😎👉🏻

Dr. Bassiri and his staff are wonderful! They genuinely care about their patients and take excellent care of them. My entire family has gone to them for 15+ years. My entire life I had hated going to the dentist, but that changed once I started going to Dr Bassiri’s office.

He takes care to make sure you’re comfortable and doing okay during a visit and he takes time for each patient. I’ve never felt rushed at an appointment. Him and the entire staff deserve 100 stars!!
