A Five-Star Experience from Start to Finish – Dr. Woo Park and the Team at Bathurst-Steeles Dental I had my very first appointment with Dr. Woo Park at Bathurst-Steeles Dental and from the moment I stepped through the door to the moment I walked out, I felt completely at ease in the care of professionals who not only know their craft but genuinely care. Dr. Park and his entire team from the warm and efficient front desk staff to every member of the professional crew offered an experience that was thoughtful, thorough and far beyond what you’d expect in today’s fast-moving world. They began with a full set of diagnostic X-rays, giving a clear and complete look into every corner of my mouth. Then came the consultation.

Dr. Park took his time to go through each detail of what he saw. He explained it all in plain, understandable language with patience and respect. There was no rushing, no glossing over, just honest, clear, one-on-one communication. What stood out to me was the care and attention during the hygiene treatment. Everything was done with a steady, focused approach that felt thoughtful and unrushed. I was made to feel comfortable throughout with a calm and respectful manner I genuinely appreciated.

It felt like I was being looked after, not just treated. The staff were polite, helpful and made things easy from start to finish, leaving me with a good impression of calmness, respect and professionalism. If you feel a bit anxious about dental visits or just want a team that combines real skill with genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Woo Park and his staff. Dental services are okay. However,the receptionist or the one who’s doing the appointment wont stop calling you. Either they will offer you to reschedule your booked appointment at an earlier time even if you already book a time that works for your schedule before. Why would I book in advance for a time that works for me then keep on calling me to change it to a different time? Even if you called to cancel the appointment,they will insist in booking another time and wont take no for an answer.

Maybe it’s their job to get more customers but they just wont stop and take no for an answer. They’re acting like telemarketers,it’s so annoying. Try to book an appointment with them and you’ll see what I mean.

I had cleaning done by hygenist Kathy. It was a great experience. She did a thorough cleaning and explained each procedure. I will take my husband later today. Also seen by Dentist and he explained in detail what needs to be done to my broken fillings. I have an appointment booked to start. Thanks

What great staff, had our insurance added in quickly. The dentist made my child feel at ease. Would recommend anyone in the area, especially with children to check out this dentistry.
