Just completed my initial evaluation at Bauer Hite Orthodontic Specialists and I had a wonderful experience. The time had come for this 60 (something) year old to seek orthodontic treatment and I must say I was a little anxious. This office is a well-oiled machine in a warm and welcoming way. The initial schedulers were kind, welcoming and efficient. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist welcome you with a kind smile and orient you to their streamline check in process. The treatment coordinator, Brittany Rayburn was so nice and well-trained to explain everything. She's a rock star ! But the cherry on top is Dr.

Beth Bauer Hite. She thoroughly reviewed the work up completed by Brittany and explained my orthodontic condition and my best treatment plan. She listened to my concerns and customized my treatment plan. She's so knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. I truly feel I am in good hands.

This place is amazing! Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming. All smiles. They each take the time to explain everything and answer any questions.

While you wait to be called back they offer a coffee/tea/water bar and a kids section with video games and large tablets. The building itself is so open with lots of windows to let natural light in. Plus it smells amazing! 🙂 100% recommend!
