Absolutely life-changing experience at Bay Hills Family Dentistry! I’ve always been petrified of the dentist—mainly due to past bad experiences and the overwhelming cost of care. But with a wedding in the family coming up, I knew it was time to finally invest in my smile and confidence. After a few disappointing (and pricey) consultations at big chain offices like Aspen Dental, I decided to try Bay Hills Family Dentistry. What a game changer! From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and efficient with scheduling. They got me in quickly and took the time to really understand my needs—not just clinically, but also financially.

The dentist actually sat with me for over an hour walking through every single tooth, explaining my options clearly, and answering all my questions without any pressure or judgment. It felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person, not just a patient. What truly blew me away was how they created a fully customized treatment plan that addressed my dental goals and worked within my budget. Other places were quoting me prices that felt like a house down payment, but Bay Hills made everything accessible with a realistic monthly payment plan—and that includes top-tier care! The hygienists are amazing, the technology is cutting-edge (being able to see and talk through detailed images on the spot is SO helpful), and the entire vibe of the office is warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dental chair.

I am grateful for Bay Hills Family Dentistry, they have been a blessing to my family and I. Dr. Sarah Bao and Dr. Ryan Gens have been nothing but amazing. Dental hygienist Whitney has gone above and beyond her job to make me feel as comfortable as possible, to the point I have no more anxieties when coming to the dentist.

Dental assistant Emma and all the staff are awesome and make you feel welcome and special every visit. The front office team Amy and Melissa, are the best. I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The team is incredibly warm and personable—they always remember not just my name, but my family members’ names too, which makes every visit feel so personal and welcoming. They are also great with my young son who loves going to the office. Beyond the kindness, the professionalism is top-notch.

The care is thorough, thoughtful, and never rushed. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re completely comfortable throughout your visit. It’s rare to find a provider that combines genuine friendliness with such a high level of expertise. Highly, highly recommend!
