I had a root canal done on February 5th for starters I'm 25 I absolutely hate going to the dentist my anxiety is horrible but I must of hit the jackpot finding bay pointe because Dr. Calek made sure I had zero pain during the root canal process his staff was extremely nice I had tears in my eyes from the numbing needle plus my anxiety getting to me they seen how nervous I was so they offered me a pillow and blanket talked to me about her root canal with Dr.

calek also made me feel better I have never been to such a nice dentist with such amazing assistants and staff🦷

I have been seeing Bay Pointe Endodontics since September 2020 for a troublesome tooth and jaw that was infected. They took me in right away and coordinated a surgery for me with a specialist within an hour. They later completed a series of root canals on the same tooth to perfection. Not textbook but perfection! They followed up with me continuously throughout the whole process, checking in to see how I was feeling and making sure I had everything I needed.

Bay Pointe's office staff was exceptional and extremely helpful in providing guidance in how to get reimbursed for any costs that were not covered initially. Their level of customer service is excellent, which is hard to find in this day and age. I highly recommend them!

My root canal with Dr. Calek was a great experience - as great as a root canal can be, I guess! His patient education on my condition as well as what was going to be done made me feel very comfortable. This was my first root canal so I had no idea what to expect, but he answered a lot of questions and made me feel at ease.

I was the last patient of the day and didn't feel like he or the staff rushed at all to get me out the door - they were all very kind and helpful. If I'm unlucky enough to need another root canal, I'd be lucky to have Dr. Calek do the procedure!

the staff was very friendly worked with my son very well who has autism had no complaints about his mouth hurting at all they weren't rough with him. I had a problem with a payment and they worked with me on that and that was just great. if you talk to them and explain the situation they definitely will work with you. thumbs up and thanks for the great job
