The dental office is beautiful, immaculate and they truly went the extra mile for me. I was terrified to have my wisdom tooth extracted, but they did that for me today. . . calmed my fear.

. . even turned music on for me! My husband recommended this office to me and now I will be sure to do the same for any friends, family or colleagues looking for a dental office that treats you with the utmost care. Thanks again, Bayview Dental! I can't wait to see my smile without anymore pain!!

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while, and I was really happy with my experience here. Everyone was kind and professional and communicative, and I felt heard in regard to my sensitive teeth.

They were on time and respectful of my appointment time, my cleaning went really well, and everyone was friendly, which doesn’t always happen these days. Looking forward to this being my new Dentist!

I had such a great first visit with Dr. Peters and Mollie! Mollie gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, my teeth felt incredibly clean afterward, and she made the whole thing super easy and comfortable. Dr.

Peters was really kind and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel totally at ease. The tech they use is awesome too…the 3-D scan of my mouth was so cool. Definitely a great experience all around!

EDIT: I was able to find a honest dentist who fit me in on Monday morning, and already completed a cleaning with no need for an x-ray and even commented that the service I had requested did not require any type of imaging. This means that the insurance for which I pay a premium to use and would consider an extension of my benefits, can now be applied to more useful services instead of being forcibly allocated by the provider. The new dentist was able to articulate why imaging is useful, but ultimately unnecessary for the service I had requested by first LOOKING at my teeth before requesting imaging (something that did not occur here) and commented that he did not see anything concerning. Regardless of policy (to which no has been able to articulate any kind of specifics on), the response from both the hygienist and front desk staff was completely rigid and I believe intentionally deceiving. I am thankful that my initial appointment went this poorly as I truly believe I've avoided what likely would have ended up as an absolute nightmare and instead have found an honest provider who is willing to discuss my options rather than refusing service based on a policy they either are unwilling to or unable to share.

In the end, the new provider I found is excellent and I would strongly recommend anyone new to the area to look elsewhere for services. ------------------- The worst dental experience I've ever had. All I wanted is a simple cleaning, but the staff refused to do one without first taking an xray, likely so they could bill my insurance for more than necessary or to try to up-sell more services. Shameful business practice and should honestly be illegal with how misleading the staff was. One front desk staff member tried to mislead me by saying "we won't charge you for anything" to which I replied, "so the xray is free?" where I was told, my insurance would be billed instead.

Had I not pressed for a direct answer, I would have waived any chance for recourse here. Also, they insisted on collecting an absurd amount of data to even make an appointment which makes me think they might be selling data, but could also just be a simple hindrance to service. Almost a dozen pages and 20 minutes of paper work for a simple cleaning session seems excessive. This provider is 1/4 of a mile from my home and I walk my dogs past them every day, but would rather drive 30 minutes to the dentist in my old neighborhood. Shameful
