My first experience when my son first going here was great Dr. Lajara is a great dentist very patient and listens to his patience. However Dr. Gowda is disgusting her bed side matter is disgusting and I would tell you if you go here and need to see the endodontist RUN ! MY SON GOT A LOT OF WORK DONE THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUR LAST VISIT HE NEEDED TO GET TWO ROOT CANALS.

And this was our first time ever seen in this doctor so she had no idea about my child she told my son please raise your left hand once I start drilling if you're in pain from our previous appointments we have learned it takes a while for his mouth to go numb so he raised his head she asked him are you feeling pressure or are you feeling sharp pain he said sharp pain and she replied no you're not you're not in pain then says I'll give you more numbing but instead of doing that she drilled and he's like squinting his eyes in pain so I said you should listen to your patient she says I know what I'm doing ive done this for 20 years . I said I hope you know what your doing especially working in people's mouths. Then says im giving him more numbing medicine my son said can I just get a minute for it to start working and she told him no you're not in pain and went to drill again and he's in pain and she's telling him no your not if you was in pain you will be jumping out of the chair he's 17 he's not jumping out of a chair with a drill in his mouth and then says now I'm not comfortable doing this because I know what I'm doing you don't know that you're in pain and leaves my child now with the whole in his tooth and leaves him laying on the chair just because he said can I just have a minute for the medicine to work and the owner of this office think that's okay didn't see anything wrong . I had to ask for the spelling of my doctor's name several times before I was given the spelling.

so I would say stay away I have filed a complaint with the insurance and to top it off the owner gives me a bootleg referral letter see the picture attached with Endodontist spelled wrong. Disgusting , unprofessional the office manager wouldn't even listen to my son when he was saying I'm in pain I just want a few minutes for the medicine to work . SO STAY AWAY Also be aware of the review from Ghaith shobaky is the office manager stay away ! Update! My sons WHOLE face is swallon on the right side and is on antibotics stay away

This is an UPDATED review. . the first time u go here they will treat u good just so that u can leave a good review . . I have to remove my wisdoms tooth , and they told me that I have to pay for the medication the doctor thinks is best to use . When I went to other dentist they says everything is covered under my insurance . I called my insurance they said the same thing .

They just want people to pay out of pocket for things I don’t have to . . I’ve been calling for 3 days to have my X-rays email to me along with a referral and nobody want to answer or return my messages . . I’d NEVER go back here and I’m DONE recommending them to others .

I went here for a checkup as a new patient and requested a mouth guard to use when i sleep and they took the impressions and told me to come back in 2 weeks to pick it up and to do a small filling. time came around and the mouth guard did not fit, the first lady did it wrong and then they had her do it again and she did it wrong once again. they had to redo it and regarding the filling the did something that is still causing pain in my mouth a year later. when it was time to pick up my new mouth guard i couldnt come in person due to me being in college and when i called to ask if someone could pick it up they said "yes, but if it doesnt fit then its not their problem".

crazy thing to say when they had me come in and the mouth guard was completely incorrect and made me almost have to come in again to get the incorrect one. theres also too much going on and everything feels rushed, which is probably why my tooth hurts to this day.
