I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mahmoud Abou-Roujou at Bayview Village Dental Clinic. I went in for an implant, and on the same day, Dr. Abou-Roujou not only extracted my badly damaged tooth but also completed the implant procedure. He skillfully inserted the post and even restored my old crown as a temporary solution, leaving my smile intact. The entire process was smooth, with no pain during the procedure, and very little discomfort afterward, easily managed with the prescribed painkiller.

Dr. Abou-Roujou was extremely skilled, attentive, and confident, explaining every step and doing a perfect job. The clinic itself was spotless, and the entire team, including the dental assistants, were incredibly supportive and caring throughout the procedure and even during the follow-up. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I am happy to write a review for Dr. Mahmood. I needed a great dentist to fix the issue that I encountered with my all on six implants done out of the country. I got a reference from my friend that had her implants fixed from Dr. Mahmood and put all the trust on Dr. Mahmood and it was the best decision ever done.

First he checked my teeth carefully and analyzed the reasons of breaking and after making sure that he could handle well this job, he undertook it and excelled in it. He got all dimensions of implants, looked to find them in Canada or USA and then decided to connect them with fixed dentures that fitted in a perfect way in my mouth as a result of Dr. Mahmood expertise. I really appreciated his thorough and professional work done. Moreover all was done only in three appointments taking into consideration my time and being so careful and professional in all his work. I am so grateful to Dr.

Mahmood and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a caring and dedicated doctor that puts the interest of the patient first. Thank you Dr. Mahmood for the excellent care and attention during my recent visit and hope our society has more doctors like you that work day and night because they love what they are doing. I was referred to this clinic for implant treatment with Dr. Mahmood, and from my first consultation onward, my experience has been incredible! The clinic has a warm, family-like atmosphere where you feel truly welcomed from the moment you walk in. The staff have been there for a while, and it’s clear they enjoy working there—it really adds to the friendly and inviting feel. Dr. Mahmood was amazing! He took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and showed true empathy and expertise when handling my complex needs.

I never felt rushed or like my concerns were brushed aside—he really “got me” and what I was dealing with. His assistant, Rosa, was so calming, gentle, and understanding, which helped lessen my anxiety even more. I also want to acknowledge Angela and the other wonderful staff I encountered (I can’t remember all their names). Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional, which really stood out to me. Anything to do with my teeth creates a high level of anxiety for me, and if this is you, please know that they truly listen and take the time to understand your concerns.

If you’re feeling nervous about any dental treatment, this is the place to go. They actually want to hear about your anxieties so they can help ease them—you’re never made to feel like your worries are silly. Although my treatment is still ongoing, I already know I will continue to feel the same level of care and support throughout the process. My experience at this clinic has been exceptional, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and expert care where you truly feel supported and looked after!
