Dr. Shin is an exceptional dentist! We were referred to her by our family dentist after their X-rays weren’t clear enough to determine whether my son had a cavity. It turned out he needed much more extensive dental work, and we were on a tight timeline with an international trip approaching. Dr. Shin thoroughly explained everything and managed to complete all the necessary treatment before we left—which was such a relief.

Another time, my son had a swollen face, and she was able to see us immediately and quickly identify the issue. Every time we've needed care, we've received top-notch treatment, and scheduling with her office has always been easy and accommodating. We truly love the care we receive from Dr. Shin and her team.

What a phenomenal experience from the time we walked in the doors to the time we left..staff are kind, patient and professional!! While my son got his x-rays I enjoyed tea and Biscoff provided by staff. After his thorough cleaning I then discussed treatment one-on-one with the dentist. My son felt super comfortable as well which was a plus!!😊 Dr Shin and her team are the best!!!

Amazing First Dental Experience for Our Toddler! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at BCC pediatric dental office. The clinic itself is beautiful and spotless, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the highlights for our toddler was the mesmerizing fishtank in the waiting area—it kept her happily entertained and curious! This was our daughter’s very first dental appointment, and thanks to the doctor’s exceptional care and gentle approach, she didn’t cry once. The doctor’s bedside manner was truly outstanding—patient, kind, and attentive.

She really took the time to listen to our toddler’s feelings and respected her boundaries, especially when our little one said she didn’t want to use the electric toothbrush. Instead of pushing, the doctor gave her space and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. We also appreciated how the staff honored our family’s preference of “no screen” during the appointment, which made the experience feel even more personalized and respectful. Overall, this visit exceeded all our expectations.
