The best experience I've had in a long time. Before the appointment, they made sure I was covered under insurance via text (I got busy with work and didn't have time to do this). I went in for a standard cleaning. Sara was so kind and easy to talk to.

She provided a thorough consultation and gave me advice on my oral hygiene routine. The doctor also did a great job answering my questions. 10/10 experience. Thanks guys :)

My experience with Beam Dental was overall positive. The orthodontist is skilled and professional, and the staff has been responsible and attentive. I’m happy with how my orthodontic adjustments turned out. However, my last visit was disappointing due to an interaction with a new receptionist. Two weeks ago, I received a call 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment claiming I was late and that no later times were available. I asked if the appointment could be pushed back by 30 minutes, and she bluntly replied, “No.

” I rushed from work, only to realize I had actually arrived on time based on my original booking. When I pointed this out, the receptionist simply said “take a seat,” dismissing my concern entirely. I felt disrespected and asked for a proper apology. The response was a flat “sorry” with no acknowledgment of the mistake or how it affected me. I shared my experience with the orthodontist, and he acknowledged it right away. He assured me that he would’ve seen me even if I had been late, which I appreciated — though it made the receptionist’s earlier response feel even more confusing.

Later I received a message (not in person) from the front desk that apologized for “wasting my time” but didn’t directly address the point i was actually upset about. I wanted to write this review honestly, based on how I truly feel about the experience. I really hope they take this as feedback and train their staff more thoroughly. The previous receptionists were great, and I’m not someone who normally complains to this extent — but in this case, I’m glad I spoke up.
