Dr. Stevens was born and raised in Paoli, Indiana. After completing his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Master of Divinity degree at Nazarene Theological Seminary before deciding to follow in the footsteps of his father and brother into dentistry. He completed his dental prerequisites at the University of Indianapolis and graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2017.
