My kids been going here over 13 years: in the last year, management has been rude along with her dental team at the front desk. My daughter been having issues with her teeth for 3 months and EVERYTIME her appointment comes up for treatment someone calls to cancel the appointment. They are the worst

I have been taking my child here since she was a baby and the staff still remembers her. It’s rare to have a connection with a medical provider these days and I really appreciate the recognition and care they provide . Also that as she grows she is in good hands all the way through.

Some staff members at the Beautiful Smiles MLK have the worst attitude. Facility is extremely nasty for it to be a kids dental office. No activities for the kids to do while they wait. It really needs to be remodeled it's pitiful.

Furniture is extremely bad. Light cover about to fall walls are extremely dirty windows and doors hasn't been cleaned in a while. Just because it's in the area it's in doesn't mean it need to look like it

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent visit to Beautiful Smiles. While I commend the exceptional professionalism and care demonstrated by the dentist and nurse during my child's first appointment – their attentiveness and ability to make my daughter comfortable were truly appreciated – I have some concerns regarding the front office staff's interactions with patients. My observation is that the current greeting style employed by the receptionists ("hey boo," "hey, how are you doing boo-boo?") lacks the professional tone expected in a healthcare setting. Although not overtly disrespectful, this informal approach detracts from the overall patient experience and may undermine the facility's image.

A more formal greeting, such as "Good morning/afternoon, welcome to Beautiful Smiles. How may I assist you today?" “May I schedule your 6 months visit?” would significantly enhance the professionalism of the initial patient interaction. In addition, I noted that the waiting area walls were unclean. The building could benefit from more frequent and thorough cleaning, especially considering the wait times experienced.

My child waited over 30 minutes for her appointment, which, while ultimately mitigated by the excellent care received afterward, highlights the need for improved efficiency and facility maintenance. I trust you will consider these observations as constructive criticism, aimed at further enhancing the already excellent dental services provided by your highly competent clinical staff. Thank you for your time and attention to these matters.
