Let’s talk about the cascade location…… I worked there for 6 months and everyday of those six months I was bullied and very disrespected by the office manager. Went to HR several times concerning the office manager, with nothing being done. Even had a meeting with the owner nothing was done. The manager has had a issue with everyone in the office, with no reprimand. Even the doctor there wanted to leave because of management, nothing was done. She was nice to people when they paid the 321. 00 to get started after that she talked to the patients parents like they were nothing. Then you got patients that have paid their balance in full. And they have a credit but she still charging these parents money. And on some account the patients contract had one date on it, but the due date in the system is something entirely different, and one particular patient that this happen to, she charged them a 30.

00 dollar late fee, but they were not late they went by what their contract said. Also as an employer when you first start, they take money out of your check for uniforms or shirts with company logo. First off nobody wears the shirts, secondly, they asked me what size I wore and I told them large, that’s the size of every shirt in my wardrobe. The shirts came back, they were too small, and had to be sent back. I never received the shirts. So when I left the company by choice and not by force, I asked for a refund, and was told I would have to go to the shop that made the shirts to be resized. For what i no longer need them, nor did I ask for them. 400. 00 dollars out of my pay and no shirts. One patient paid her account in full, and did not receive the service she was suppose to, and miss office manager took money from this woman and did not do a contract with the patient.

The patient got mad and demanded her money back or she was going to a lawyer, and leave a review they got that lady her money back the next day. All of the illegal things that was done on patients accounts by the office manager, I reported to HR. Here again nothing was done. The offices are nasty, I cleaned the entire front office everyday by myself not one time has HR or owner ever said thank you, and now don’t want to pay me my money. I have now made a claim with EEOC with Beautiful Smikes, and I’m getting a lawyer to sue them. So if it’s any patients out there that feel they have been cheated or account not right please contact me, and I will help you with a law suit as well. Stay Away from Beautiful Smiles.

I am so disappointed in some of our black owned businesses and how we treat our own. In any medical capacity SERVICE is #1. Trusting your treatment plan, insurance issues, billing issues, communication between patients, etc should all be aligned for a patient to want to make a dentist office their home. This office FAILS in all categories.

1-star is too much. Office manager is horrible! I do not recommend this office to anyone. Find an office that cares about you as a patient and knows how to communicate with those keeping their lights on.

They referred me to an Endodontist for potential root canal. When I was able to get the Endo appointment I tried to schedule the follow up for the Crown and I was told I had to wait for a letter of clearance from Endo before I could schedule. Nothing for 2 weeks, the temporary filling fell out on 2nd day. They rarely answer the phone and don't bother leaving a voicemail they don't return calls.

After 3 weeks of misery I just went and found a dentist that actually wants to treat people. I suppose if you are looking for a quicky teeth cleaning this might be the place for you. If you have any form of anything complex, they will leave you high and dry so don't waste your time.

Front desk staff lack training and courtesy. Wait time is horrible, you need to take the day off for a dentist appointment. Whomever is responsible for accounts ..the numbers always seem to be off. Dental work is expensive however it seem to be more than the average here. Needless to say I'm far from impressed and will not return.
