$15 for (4 disposable masks) when the mask mandate has been lifted FOREVER is insane! I used to love taking my kids to Beautiful Smiles when it was located in the Walmart plaza. My kids have been patients since my oldest was 2 he will be 16 this year, it has changed ALOT and I am not sure if we will continue to use this location.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Beautiful Smiles. It’s always so clean and the staff are always respectful. I was taking my kids to the MLK location, but ever since this location came about, we’ve been loyal patients. We love coming to this location it’s always an in and out situation for us and I love it! The staff was outstanding. The only negative thing was the wait time but that’s absolutely expected when it comes to kids and surgery. They took care of my baby and said such good things about her!! I wish I could remember the names but thank you all for caring for kennedy on Friday may 2.

I feel that it is not right that we cannot go to the back with our minor children. I understand if they are possibly 11 and 12 but not going to the back with your five-year-old child seems a little unconstitutional for me. They did state that that is a HIPAA violation I’m not sure.

How is the HIPAA violation? I also ecstasy it in policy stating that we are not supposed to go to the back. We are minor children while they are getting dental work is uncomfortable to me. It’s so much stuff going on in the world that I want to protect my child and I cannot protect my five-year-old child if he is back there by his self I was not at ease on the dentist appointment going forward, I will be removing him from that dentist practice, and I will be putting him somewhere else that I feel safe and secure because at this dentist, I do not
