They will squeeze you in when you have events and things coming up in your life. Overall, this is the best my daughter has had a dental office and she loves her braces..

My daughter appointment was at 9:10am. I showed up at 8:50am. I signed paperwork and made the payment for my daughter to get her braces. I was told to process takes no more than an hour. I was ok with that, but after sitting in the waiting room for an hour and other patients were being called but her. I went to the counter to ask how much longer then I was told I’m waiting to watch a video. I had to step outside a second because it irritated me to hear that after waiting and hour.

I went back to the counter and said I had to work how long will we be waiting. The lady at the counter then asked if she been to the back yet and I stated no. My daughter paper was put at the bottom of the stack then 10min later they called her. It is now 11:15am. This is so inconvenient. For it to be 3 women at the desk, things should flow better making sure everyone is called and make sure no one was skipped.

Please don't go by the angry upset reviews of women trying to tear another one down, from the first initial call to make my daughters appointment to my daughter being approved for braces through insurance was handled with nothing but professionalism from the front office ladies to the back office ladies and Dr Walton, also its the only office in Atlanta that accepts all Medicaid types for braces.

The most ghetto place I have ever been to in my life!! The dentist (Mitchell) could not explain a consultation for my 9 year old daughter. He Seemed do be under the influence of something. Wanted his assistant to explain because for some reason he said “he could not explain to me!” Throwing his hands up. The same assistant who had just said she couldn’t really explain anything as that is more his area before he walked in for the consultation. He then started talking to me like a dog in front of my 9 year old daughter after I told him I would like him to explain instead of the assistant.

I got my 9 year old daughter and told him this is not it as he was speaking to me extremely unprofessionally. Went to the front to 2 ridiculous women who I asked for billing information and they refused to give it to me stating this is Medicaid I am not personally charged so why do I care. I wanted the billing info as My daughter did not receive the consultation we came for. They refused. Today I called weeks later to get the billing info and the woman answered and got nasty and hung up.

Just because them as employees are used to being talked to and treated like dogs, as a patient I find the entire interaction extremely unprofessional. I would never take my child back here, I can’t even receive proper billing information because they want to charge for a consultation that was never actually conducted bc the dentist could not explain. That’s definitely considered fraud. If the dentist can’t deal with or properly explain what’s going on in child’s mouth to the population he serves he should not be there!
