Be Gentle Dentistry is the best! I absolutely dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Mamaril is so nice. All of the hygienist are very gentle at cleaning my teeth and put me at ease. Whenever I walk in, Jessica greets me with a smiling face. My 4 year old loves wearing the glasses and fake mustache during his visit. I would recommend to everyone of all ages!

The best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Gibson was wonderful and very thorough at explaining things, making sure I was okay during a filling, and even remembering my sisters school activities from weeks prior! Super fast service at the front desk and smiles across all workers faces! Would recommend this group to anyone in the area!

When I pulled this up to tell you about my experience, I noticed the first question was "do you accept walk-ins?" And they said yes. I had to laugh! I was a well established patient and have had a fair amount of work done by Dr Gibson. She had sent me to an oral surgeon to have some teeth pulled. The oral surgeon said one back molar could be saved. So I let them know I wanted to save it.

So in September I went back in for fillings and Dr Gibson again insisted it had to be pulled. Just days before I was to have it pulled I developed a severe and extremely painful infection. The oral surgeon said I needed to call Dr Gibson for an antibiotic before they could extract the tooth. When I called BeGentle I was told they wouldn't call in an antibiotic AND they couldn't see me for a month to get an antibiotic. My family doctor and several other dentists were shocked that they wouldn't call in an antibiotic or at least get me in as an emergency.

I opted to get in immediately with a different dentist who not only prescribed a strong antibiotic but referred me for a root canal and agrees he can save the molar with a crown no problem. (An option Dr Gibson never offered me) I had been satisfied with BeGentle but any time they did xrays my mouth would be cut up. They said it was because I have a small mouth but my new dentist was able to do an xray very gently with no cuts. I would not recommend BeGentle because God Forbid you have an emergency they apparently don't care and although they accept walk-ins they don't keep slots for emergencies for well established patients.
