I've yet to see a doctors office more disrespectful than this one. I called to reschedule an appointment 5 days in advance since I could not make my appointment due to personal matters. The receptionist then informs me that they would charge me $50 to reschedule my appointment. This was already shocking to me because I called 5 DAYS in advance. She then proceed to argue that it is suppose to be a week in advance. I told her I was not paying $50 to reschedule an appointment especially when I did not call in last minute either.

She then proceeds to have the audacity to say AND I QUOTE, "what? you don't have $50?". At this point I am in disbelief. I simply wanted to change my appointment and this is the response I get. I then tell her to just flat out cancel my appointment and forget it because I was going to find a different doctor. She then continues by asking if I wanted to just reschedule my appointment and she would do me a favor of waiving the $50 fee. Like what????? What was the point in this whole conversation? You try to charge me $50 for rescheduling, then indirectly calling me broke, and now we're full circle and you're acting like you're doing me a favor by waiving this $50 rescheduling fee.

. . What did we achieve with all this besides you being disrespectful. Whatever situation you're in with your teeth, find a different doctors office. Save yourself the trouble.

I had a root canal done and my tooth later cracked and needed an implant. I went to this dentist for an implant and she prescribed Advil for the tooth extraction, she pulled the tooth resulting in me having exposed bone. The pain was horrendous When I contacted the dentist the next day, I felt very little compassion from her. She gave me nothing for the pain and said that I should not be having that much pain.

When I went back to see her she determined I had exposed bone which is then when she realized I actually was in excruciating pain. I almost did not return for the implant because of the fear for the pain. She told me this was extremely rare and said I should have called the day of the procedure. She did not consider my degree of pain when I called the day after the procedure and never apologized much less give me anything for the pain.

We worked out a plan for pain medicine for the next procedure but I had to delay the implant for another 9 months for the bone in my gum to heal. When it should have taken 8 months it took a year and a half. I would not recommend this practice.

Had dental surgery yesterday performed by Dr Ko. Wow great job Dr Ko! I was very nervous but I am happy to report that my experience was nowhere near where my anxious mind was taking me. Today I am on the mend and have great confidence that as I follow the directions in managing any pain ( which was minimal during this experience) and oral aftercare and eating recommendations, I will heal well and be back to normal in no time. Dr Ko's assistants were friendly and explained and answered any questions.

The office staff were also pleasant. I had an overall great experience for what could have been a difficult and scary procedure.

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Yalda was punctual and thorough. I felt like my concerns were truly heard and addressed.

She listens to you very patiently & gives you sufficient time to explain your situation. She is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and patient. I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care.
