I had an appointment that I don’t even remember scheduling. And for the whole part of conversation I’ve been nothing but extremely polite explaining how I didn’t schedule it. They want to impose fees saying I scheduled it & the person at reception is so much downright rude that she started saying “you don’t know how healthcare works in US” and “ we are not going to send you out to the world just after 1 cleaning”. And not just this, there were some minor discriminatory comments in my earlier visits too which I ignored but this is not the way you offer patient care.

Dr. Kuo himself is an AMAZING dentist and very professional. I’d take my business elsewhere rather than being humiliated and talked down when I know there are plenty of other places that provide excellent care without belittling their patients.

I had an appointment that I was trying to reschedule and Lisa told me that I couldn’t do that and if I did I’d have to pay. I explained that I am a full time student and that I can’t pay for a visit that I cannot go to and explained that I had clinicals that I was informed of last minute and that had been trying to get in touch with the office for the past 3 days and that I needed to reschedule or come in after 4 and I was met with combativeness. This was just for a simple teeth cleaning and I find it hard to believe that my appointment could not be moved to a different day. Dr Kuo is amazing but his staff is not.

I have had bad experiences with one of their dental hygienist who did a half way job on my cleaning and left lots of residue in my mouth and they seem to be more money driven then actually caring for there clients. I also moved from Bellevue further down south and have stayed loyal to Dr. Kuo by driving all the way out of my way to see him cause it’s hard to find good dentists but due to his staff and the horrible customer service I received today and money hungry ways of his office I will be finding a new dentist. The office has done nothing to right their wrong.

I DO NOT recommend coming to this dentist office at all.

I had been with my previous dentist since I started regular dental visit. I had to find a new dentist because of relocation. It was my first visit to Dr. Kuo’s office and it was a pleasant experience. Dr.

Kuo and his staff were all very nice and sounded experienced on both dentistry and dental insurance plan. They asked detailed questions and tried to find out the best plan for my teeth’s long term health. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would recommend you check it out.

Dr Kuo and his team are excellent care givers. Very professional bed side manner, hygienists very proficient at their work, and everyone is always smiling n welcoming genuinely. I Highly recommend Dr Kuo if you are looking for a dentist who takes pride in his work, and CARES. Keep up the good work Dr Kuo and your team.
