This dentistry has gone way down! I got an exam with the new doctor in April and I've been in severe pain ever since! She told me that she was going to perform a filling and I let her do so. She never explained the other options, was extremely rough, and I had to go back TWICE afterwards for her making mistakes! After both visits I was in more pain and needed extensive work done. I called the office and asked to be reimbursed because they just caused me alot of pain and time and made my tooth worse! I told them I have to go to a specialist now to fix their mistakes.

The really rude receptionist refused to give me a refund and had the guts to say that I had a $35 dollar bill coming in the mail. PLEASE go somewhere else for dentistry and save yourself the pain!!

Dentistry at its best. Dr. Bell has definitely improved my smile. He always fits you in if there is an emergency and takes the time to explain everything he is doing along the way. Very professional and pleasant staff that takes care of insurance matters with smiles on their faces. I do not live in the area any longer but continue to travel further to this office to get excellent dental care.

Rude front desk staff. Co workers have to apologize for one of them with her attitude. We goto a new dentist due to this and they refuse to send records to the new dentist office. Very unprofessional. They made us over pay on services and then refuse to send back the refund.

Edited to add how awesome Ashley was with my child's teeth cleaning. The first time we tried, he wouldn't even open his mouth. She suggested to bring him in for a morning appointment and that made all the difference! She was so patient and wonderful explaining each step and tool to him. Best dental office in the area! I have needed a lot of dental work because of side effects of medication.

Dr. Nicholson has never once made me feel self conscious about my teeth. She is super friendly and professional. So glad I found her and this office!
