Used to go here before I switched dentists. Overall this review is based on cost, staff attentiveness, and wait times. In terms of wait times, if I scheduled an appointment for a certain time, it could be anywhere from 10+ min before they got around to me. Very crowded at times. Staff had conversations amongst themselves at times while in the chair, weren’t as attentive or empathetic as you’d expect them to be.

Also felt like I was being overcharged at times for certain procedures. The quality of the work overall was good. Went in one time to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was actually in and out in under half an hour and no pain. Not a bad place to bring kids as it seems oriented towards a family practice.

Horrible experience, long wait, the place is disorganized, woman who does x-ray doesn’t know what she is doing putting dirty cover and laughing. On top they are scamming insurance and people. They told me the insurance doesn’t cover the x-ray charged me $180 , when I called the insurance they said it’s covered, didn’t provide the service to treat my gum disease. Be aware of this place.

I am of the firm opinion that Dr. Michael Kokolis is possibly the best dentist in the USA!! and I heard the same comment from other people as well. He is extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience and very generous with his busy time schedule. What impresses me every time is his ability to diagnose and fix my teeth the best way possible.

His staff is also world-class, especially George, who is in charge of the lab, dentures, etc. He is amazing.

front office manager was unprofessional, antagonizing and challenging. instead of offering her professional knowhow around insurance and procedure it was the complete opposite. I was seen but my issue never resolved and am waiting for 2025 Jan to get the right dental work done as promised and followed through to completion.
