I was traveling up to the area for vacation last summer and was experiencing a lot of tooth pain. I called and they were able to get me an appointment that week. I was able to have my tooth looked at, and everyone at the office was very kind in helping me.

They were able to examine my tooth and were helpful in getting all of the paperwork I needed to submit to my insurance company. If I’m ever in need of dental services in the area again, I would definitely return here!

Very rude and inconsiderate to those that have mental health disorders, and struggle to keep up with their dental hygiene. Thinks it’s appropriate to scream at clients when they are refused for a cleaning due to having minor plaque.

I have gone here since my very first teeth cleaning. Yet today after going to the dentist for the first time in about 2. 5 years I informed them it had been a long time since my last cleaning and then once I arrived they literally took less than ten minutes to look at my teeth and then was informed my teeth where too dirty for the time they set aside and yes that's exactly what she said to me she looked at my teeth and then informed me that with all the build up and neglect to my teeth it would take much longer than she'd have today to do anything about it. She then told the doctor how I felt about the situation he proceeded to come in and ask why I was upset I explained that the scheduling conflict was irritating as I've waitied for this appointment for two months and had to take off work and am currently pregnant. He then turned looked at me and said it looks like you're complaining to the wrong person because you can complain to whoever you want but it won't be me. I then said okay Cleary this isn't going anywhere I said I'll just get a new provider.

He then proceeded to follow me out to the office yelling about how they can get me my release forms because I'm not coming back shes going to a new doctor I mean it is a free country. I then stated this seems entirely inappropriate especially broadcasting it the entire office. Where he then proceeded to look at the receptionist and told her I said she doesn't know how to do her job correctly and that I want an apology for her knowing messing up my scheduling. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect in a medical facility. Beyond disappointing as I've gone here my whole life although most people that used to run this facility unfortunately have retired so that might be the reason for the unfortunate downfall of customer service and basic respect for their patients. Not to mention after there reply I'm sure you can decide who was speaking in an inappropriate manner.

I will continue to speak my truth and I didn't even raise my voice in that office I actually left that office crying after being scolded while trying to sign a release form. If they are so confident in how it played out post the tape because I left that office bawling my eyes out while being yelled at and now I'm being attacked in there reply as well. We'll that won't change the truth and you won't scare me out of telling the truth which everyone deserves to know when attending any medical procedure.

I’ve been coming here for over three years. This is by far the best dentist I have visited. Because they are so awesome, they tend to book up quickly, but they have cancelations and are great about contacting you when there are openings. They always take their time and everyone who works there is incredibly kind.
