Our experience at this establishment was truly exceptional. My elderly mother, who is new to Medicare, was in urgent need of care due to two chipped and missing front teeth. We were amazed at how quickly we were able to get her seen—within just one day. The staff handled her insurance seamlessly and provided a clear, itemized estimate with a thorough explanation, allowing us to make an informed decision about her treatment. From start to finish, the process was effortless.

Scheduling with Miranda was quick and simple, and then we had the absolute pleasure of working with Hannah during check-in, payment, and scheduling my mother’s next appointment. Hannah is a rare gem—so incredibly sweet, patient, and down-to-earth. She took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for, making what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and reassuring. Her warmth and kindness truly made all the difference. And of course, Dr.

Lee’s expertise and compassionate care were outstanding. Given how serious my mother’s case was, we couldn’t be more grateful for the level of professionalism, skill, and empathy we experienced. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful, welcoming practice and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. They had an amazing special for new patients not caring dental insurance for $49. This got you a cleaning and dental x-rays. My toddler was very nervous about going to the dentist and every single staff member made her so comfortable that she cannot wait to go back. Jordyn, the dental hygienist was a complete gem.

Her daughter who was shadowing was just as sweet. She has told every single person she has come in contact with today how awesome going to the dentist was. They used terminology for her to understand and made the exam so much fun. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I never comment and leave a review, but I’m going to now. I loved this place until today. I think this company got a new receptionist. The new receptionist sucks! I literally talked to this company last Monday about rescheduling my dentist appointment. I made it with that lady for Tuesday May 20th at 5:00pm. She also promised me she wouldn’t take the $50 dollars from me. Unless if I miss this appointment then she will have to charge me the $50 dollars. Well I show up today and she said you aren’t scheduled for an appointment today.

I was like that doesn’t make sense because we scheduled an appointment for last week for today. She played dumb like she didn’t remember me. I told her the reason why I’m here because if I didn’t come you guys would charge me the $50 dollars. She was looking on my file and noticed they already charged me the $50 dollars. Like what the hell this is the reason why I was here today. If you already charged me the $50 then I am not going to pay you for a dentist appointment too. I told her basically, if you took the $50 out. Then I don’t care for the appointment so cancel it even though she didn’t schedule me for it anyways.

Is there any way I can get her in trouble because I feel like I just got scammed? The pictures are proof I called them two times May 13th. The first call was me calling them back because I didn’t even know I had an appointment. When I talked to her on the phone that morning she was rude so I said I’ll call back again when I can think of another day to reschedule the appointment. Then I called again at 5 when I got off work to let her know I can reschedule my appointment for Tuesday, May 20 at 5. And I know for a fact, this happened because I was off work today is the reason why I scheduled this appointment for today.
