Berman and Masoud Orthodontics is a very wonderful office. The doctors are so attentive and take their time with you and never make you feel rushed no matter how many people are in the chairs, your time is your time. From the front desk, Robyn to Pam to Karla and all the dental assistants, you all deserve a shout out and are very accommodating, professional and fun. They are a family and treat you as such. They are up front with costs and dont hide anything like other places and the treatment doesnt have an expiration date with more costs attached which other places do.

They make sure you are happy with the results and carefully explain and answer all of your questions. I have never felt better about my teeth and smile and I would recommend them to anyone who asks me. Dr. Masoud even said congratulations when I finished my treatment, it was very sweet and a pleasant surprise. The country music they play in the office made it so real and relaxing to not have to hear that elevator music which is so typical something they are not.

The doctors are so kind, patient, understanding, caring, clear, supportive, helpful, genuine, calm. They’ve made me experience easeful and secure and helpful from the start. Their processes and systems in place allow myself to just show up for my appointments as guided and needed.

I’ve had invisalign with them and my smile has transformed so easefully. They are so great in my experience and would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Dr. Masoud. I went in for a consultation for orthodontic treatment, and he was extremely professional, thorough and kind. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and took the time to understand all of my concerns and how they influence each other in order to recommend several treatment options.

He also made use of various technologies to conduct a thorough evaluation, including advanced 3D imaging. Overall stellar service for an initial evaluation.
