The service at Dental SPA. The worst ever I had experience. Over price, charge twice. My insurance. They claim that perform, a deep cleaning in 2o minutes and have 2 woman working in my the manager that she claims to be a dentist in India. ???? Never send the x rays as promise The whole staff got negative aptitude, and also , use unprofessional approach, rude, all of them talking and not doing nothing for me as a client. The Dentis Dohra Patel is the word fixing, cavities, she did a wrong work and she denied talk about fixing. ( something I did not trust her anyway).

The cavities remain there, I can no floss in between. I have pain I did not have. The food get there, something that didn’t happen before. The worst anesthesia application the pain with the needle t remain there. The deep clean that she did 10 minutes, is not deep and Naomi the supposed dentist from under with super egjj ok did worst. That’s when I shoul run out, but only the Lord Jesus knows why I have to go through this experience so negative. Later in 04/24/25 when I went to pick up my record, and also the one of my (87) years old Mom, their black heart , money God, and careless in all areas of abuse, call the police…? Why? What they hiding? Why , that was unnecessary…? Please don’t go to that 🙏 please, please. They ripped me, using all my insurance.

You know what is the worst the way the don’t respect human person, . I went so happy and also let that De. Dahra Patel touch my mouth, my teeth’s, and she damage my teeth, leaving me for a candidate to more expensive dental care in the nearest future, u know because I feel my teeth wrong, also a qualified Dentis did new xray show me the cavities not fixed, and wrong doing. Also the secretary found out that Dr Oatel use $3,500. Command , and not ignorant, of this ripped way to handle me as a customer . God is in control. I thanks thus opportunity, maybe someone, change before, go to those that should work in a factory to Earn their bread. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dhara Patel, Prosthodontist. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helped my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Her warm and professional demeanor really stood out. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team!

I have been a satisfied patient since 2021. The reception area is always clean and is very attractively decorated. The reception staff is always prompt, courteous and helpful. Dr. Patel is extremely competent - explaining the work that needs to be done, and how it will be done.

Then she explains if there are options, and we decide on a plan of action. Today, we finalized on a crown for an implant molar. The implant stud was placed approx 6 mos ago with no complications. The original tooth could not be saved - this was the best, most cost effective option.

Poor Quality Dentures and Horrible Patient Treatment! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Dental Spa and the work of Dr. Patel Dhara. My dental prosthetics turned out to be a complete failure: The upper denture does not stay in place, The lower denture does not attach to the implants, The work was done roughly and poorly, making it impossible to speak or eat properly, My facial appearance has changed due to the incorrect design. The main issue is that the implants were placed into the bone at an angle, which made it impossible for the doctor to secure the dentures properly during fitting. Additionally, the measurements were taken by unqualified staff, leading to a disastrous result. I paid $10,000 for this terrible work ($4,000 for bone grafting and $6,000 for implants), and Blue Cross insurance covered the cost of the dentures.

However, Dr. Dhara refuses to acknowledge her mistake or correct the issue. When I tried to address my concerns, she yelled at me and physically removed me from not only her office but the entire clinic. I have no choice but to file complaints with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and Blue Cross, as this doctor performs low-quality work while receiving state insurance funds. Another dental clinic has confirmed that my dentures need a complete replacement, as they are unusable. Avoid Best Dental Spa and Dr.

Patel Dhara at all costs! Don’t go through the nightmare I experienced! Doctor Patel Dhara thinks these prostheses are wonderful. Shame on such a doctor! You have to be able to correct your mistakes. And she tries to shift the blame onto the patient. Can the patient like this? Never! How can you live with this? She only thinks about money! Now she can kick you out of the clinic, she got the money.
