The staff was very friendly and helpful! But my concerns were regarding the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice. The tools were not opened from the packaging in front of the patient, the equipment looked uncleaned.. if you are looking for a very quick cleaning (they didn't do my cleaning with any floss) then this could suffice.

My experience with Best Smiles was AMAZING. . . . Haven't been to the dentist in a awhile, Dr Avanti Agrawal was my ANGEL, I had to get Dentures the process was easy everything was explained to me in detail.

From the time you walk in the Front Desk, Donyeille May you feel WELCOME and the Dental Assistants Claudia, Amyia and Armani may you feel comfortable explaining everything that was going to be done at that time. Tanya who answered the phone calls was also helpful with the billing questions. The Office was extremely CLEAN and smelled GOOD If you have a FEAR of the Dentist like I did, Dr Agrawal and her staff at BEST SMILES is the place to GO. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR AGRAWAL AND STAFF for giving me my back My SMILE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

So far so good I've been here for two appointments now after not being able to find a good dentist office since the pandemic and I think I may have found my new permanent dentist. Easy and fast to make and appointment very clean office and the Doctor is thorough, she explained my care needed and was gentle also the staff is professional and not rude! Only thing I not a fan of is the confirmation of appointments if you don't respond to the confirmation text at all or within a certain time frame they cancel your appointment automatically.

I do appreciate them making my appointment still work though so they are still good for me!

I had a wonderful experience today! All the staff members —the receptionist, dental assistant and Dr. Agrawal—were kind and patient. I am impressed with how gently yet quickly Dr. Agrawal filled my cavities. As someone with dental anxiety, to leave the office with a smile is a huge win and speaks volumes about the care I received.
