I cannot recommend this practice enough! Never having been there before and not having very good experiences before at other dentists I decided I'd give them a try. So happy I did and it's all because of Dr. Sahni. She was patient and kind and explained everything step by step. Highly recommend.

You have One life to Live so if you know better please do better. When I say just don’t go to this best smiles. Please don’t it’s for the best. Dr. Sahni should transfer or get her own office she is great but understand she has a boss and her boss is Dr. Chennupati. The first few visits some will say is a 10 awesome job i mean it’s quick right? but keep going you will see! After working on my mouth for 2 months 8 visits total, diagnosed me with root canal and a deep cavity.

They kept rescheduling and I ended up with an infection. I finally get an appointment just for the numerous staff to keep coming in and out the room interrupting the doctor work and conversation with me. I then get a email the next day saying Dr. Chennupati don’t want to work on me anymore due to me saying in our appointment “That’s not what you told me in the last visit” they then say I’ll refer you to VCU and let students work on you. 😮 wow.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. P & Claire, they are amazing, comforting and just do a phenomenal job. The rest of the staff, doctors, and assistants are awesome as well! A few minor hiccups here and there (**not dental treatment related!!*) but we are all human. I have always dreaded the dentist but when I made the switch to best smiles I knew I was in good hands.

My boy is 11 and I couldn't ask for a better group of people working on him. They are all young, very caring and very polite. The dentist (I didn't catch her name sadly) was outstanding and Jamal left a lasting impression on my boy! Would very highly recommend them to anyone!
