I have been a patient here for past few years, due to being the only place that accepted my insurance. Last week, went to a new dentist with my new insurance. I was actually shown my x-rays, which Bethel Dental never did. And, new dentist explained to me I have a filling that is leaking (something I’ve complained of pain/discomfort for 2 yrs and told nothing wrong). I was also told I may need a root canal and have multiple cavities.

Cleary, this didn’t all just pop up over the past 6 months. I am now realizing how awful Bethel Dental Care was. Would not recommend them to anyone.

This dentist ruined my teeth. She did the filling, it would hold not even a one week. And she didn’t do it again because she said the insurance not covering it again. Other dentist if your failing is they would do it without recharging you or your insurance.

Even worse my gums were infected after the filling then she didn’t prescribe antibiotic for my gums. She said she can’t do it without insurance. So I don’t recommend this place!!!

Dr Zarick is very kind and gentle. She takes the time to explain things to you. The dental hygienist is also very good as well.

This place was my only experience with a dentist until recently, when I switched to a new dentist and realized the lack of reliability that takes place here. (aside from the hygienist, she made my teeth feel great after cleanings and was very gentle) As far as it goes with every other experience, All x-rays taken were never shown to me or explained, I wasn’t aware dentists were supposed to do that until I switched. It's lovely being shown pictures and thoroughly explaining what’s wrong and what will happen when I sit in that chair.

-Seeing this dentist also caused me to develop dental anxiety because when they would do fillings, the anesthetic wouldn’t work on my bottom jaw, and I could feel everything. Turns out they were injecting the anesthetic wrong. They also didn’t bother telling me that I had wisdom teeth growing in or that I needed braces, even after asking them if I did (plus no access to X-rays), and now I've been made aware that my mouth is severe and I'll be needing braces + jaw surgery as an adult.
