I am so happy to have chosen Bethlehem Smiles as my choice of dentist. I usually see Dr Owens and she is wonderful - warm, kind, always a smile! But actually I find all the staff the same. The office exudes a warmth of caring and a well placed confidance in the expertise of the doctors, technicians and office staff. I actually find myself smiling when I walk into the office. The office decor is pleasant and clean. The furniture is inviting and comfortable.
But best of all is the staff - everyone from the receptionist to the dentists. My previous dentist was also great in his experience, knowledge and made me very comfortable. However, I needed additional dental work and needed to find a dentist who was able to address all my dental needs. In addition, I was happy to find a dental office with multiple dentists providing more availability during the week if I should need it. I found everything my previous dentist provided and more!

You are looking at a woman who is totally terrified of dentists, caused by many bad experiences when I was young! I broke a tooth and knew I had no choice but to bite the bullet and get it fixed! I asked a friend where I should go and this is where she led me. I had a panic attack before going and did not sleep the night before. Let me tell you that from the moment I opened the door and stepped inside I saw welcoming staff that immediately assured me that I was in good hands. The front desk staff was actually treating me like a person and not just a name on a chart! I was surprised. .
. still terrified but comforted. I met Dr. Parsons and was immediately struck by his relaxed and friendly manner. He immediately put me at ease and was very reassuring and supportive.
Nothing like I had ever experienced before! He fixed the broken tooth before I realized it was finished! It was the BEST experience I have ever had! Pain?? What pain?? There was none! I was shocked! Went back in today and the same result! I finally feel like I can handle getting my dental health back on track! I recommend them to a friend, Michelle, who broke her front tooth and is more afraid then I was. She went in two days ago and had Dr. Clark. She called me raving about her happy experience and is actually looking forward to going back next week to get other maintenance started! Unbelievable!! I recommend Bethlehem Smiles to anyone who is looking for a dentist!! Everybody here is fantastic!!

I have been a patient here for over a decade. I can not say enough on how much I truly appreciate the entire office staff and all they have done. Always greeted warmly and are always kind and professional, not to mention well organized and the office runs extremely well. Michele is my go to for my cleanings and she does an amazing job. Dr. Parsons is my primary dentist, but I've had I've also had work done by Dr.
Owens. Both are awesone at what they do. Top notch, professional and caring dentistry. Dare I say, I don't mind going to the dentist because I know I am well cared for.

I have been the customer of this establishment for 40 years. This year, my dental insurance changed and I did not know that Bethlehem Smile is not participating. What I found out that they charged me double the amount that they charged for the service last year, and they are demanding that I should pay this exorbitant amount. When I called their office, they did not care that I have been their customer for 40 years, no royalty. They only cared to get the maximum amount from money from me and my new insurance company.
Today, it is all about money with Bethelem Smile. It was not like that when Dr. Carlis was active there. It is a shame that there is no royalty or care in this practice any more.
