He was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. As someone who works in healthcare, I really appreciate that level of care and communication.

My Dad was my Dentist all my life, and sadly passed away. Dr JiuLin is the first Dentist I have seen. I went to him in miserable pain, I called and they got me in the SAME DAY!! When Dr JiuLin was done I was pain free, and very happy. The staff is wonderful, so kind & friendly. I am so excited I found such a great Dentist straight out the gate! I came to Better Way Dental for an implant and I'm incredibly happy with the results. The entire process was made very easy and smooth by the kind staff. The office is modern and clean as well. The process was smooth and Brittany at the front desk walked me through my paper work. I've always been nervous about going to the dentist but the staff were so patient with me. Doctor Zhu was able to answer all my questions.

It was very reassuring and the surgery itself went smoothly as well. Throughout the entire process I felt that I always knew what was happening and that my concerns were addressed. I could not be happier with my implant. They followed up with me after the surgery and provided service to ensure I had a smooth recovery as well. Everyone was so considerate. I will be sure to come here again should I need more implants or other dental services!
